Prescribed meds for PPD

I just wanted to share about my wife prescribed treatment under sertraline. She was diagnosed with PPD and was put under this medication for quite a while now. She used to feel exhausted, moody and impulsive before, now I can see she's getting better since she started the medication and it has helped so much with her daily life. Our baby is now turning 1 years old, I'm trying to help her to slowly quitting this medication.
