Postpartum Depression - Any supplement recommendation

I went to see a doctor and was diagnosed with postpartum depression but i was sceptical with the treatment. I'm looking to have second opinions and do some research before I started any treatment . Im so sick of information overload and i hope those with actual experience will be willing to share effective tips to deal with fatigue or depression or weight loss during postpartum. I need help
