Would you give birth or abort a baby with down syndrome?

My youngest brother has severe Down Syndrome. I'm worried about the genetical threat of myself from having a child with Down Syndrome. I’d seen my youngest brother struggling with his physical & learning abilities. His IQ is 9. He could not progress from the point of personal hygiene without supervision, he could only speak one or 2 words during his life, and it took a great deal of energy & attention to care for him. I have a mixed emotion looking at his struggle at times, i feel grateful for myself but sad for him. Sometimes I cried alone thinking what can i do to make him live like a normal person.
