How can i get pregnant

i had the same problem about 5 years ago and went to clinic, got myself fixed for blocked tube.. and everything is normal now. My husband and I have never used contraceptives even before trying to conceive and I'm still not pregnant. I'm already 38 years old now and I'm trying to do everything right and getting nowhere..now i have a baby and she's turning 4 years old next month
