Confuse about my pregnancy

I have not gotten my period for almost 10 days now. This morning I felt nauseous, frequently went to toilet and my breast felt sore. My appetite was high and I constantly want to eat. Done a urine test but it came negative twice. Anyone had similar experience? HELP!!
