NEED ADVISE ~ Baby wont drink milk from bottle

Hi,
I just found out I'm pregnant again, I'm still breastfeeding my first 11 months old baby, but my milk supply has dropped drastically since last week. I could not pump more milk and my baby cries when he dont get enough, at night he wakes up hungry and i could not make him stop crying
. So i gave him some solid food, but he wont take much. i slowly tried with formula milk but he refuses. I hate to go to the point where I'm actually trying to force-feed him. I tried almost EVERYTHING from articles on the internet, but all efforts failed.
