Nipple-biting injury!!!

My 8 month old baby start to have some teeth and he seems to enjoy biting my nipples 
, and it really hurts, I feel like my nipples are going to fall off!
One side of my nipple has scabbed over almost half area, and the pain is excruciating when i latch baby on. It gets unbearable when he start biting again!!!
