Breastfeeding with inverted nipples

Hi all I just had a question I'm a first time mum yet to have my little gem. Its about having inverted nipples. Both my nipples are inverted but one is grade 1 - comes out when cold wet or played with and the other grade 3- never comes out regardless and may not be able to breastfeed.. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this particularing grade 3. And if so what did you do or can I do to fix it. As I really want to be able to best feed.
