I’m assuming you’ve only had your tubes checked? Have you consulted Reproductive Endocrinologist or Obstetrician? Are you sure you have checked your Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and AFC (antral folicle count)? Most Obstetricians out there would do very basic tests and show "no problem". I had the same problem until I was referred to another department to meet a Reproductive Endocrinologist and she did a lot more specific tests. She discovered that my AMH and AFC was low and likely the eggs I had were not that fertile. So I was prescribed with DHEA and CoQ10, about 6 months later I did a couple more Femara cycles and added Progesterone then finally got my BFP. Don’t lose hope.
Agree. At first my wife went to check and could not find anything and then I took her to other specialist. The doctor detected some signs that my wife could be on the PCOS spectrum. Her thyroid was out of range for TTC, the first doctor tested it twice and the second time was in range so never followed up, we thought everything is alright. Then went to a second doctor, he ordered a new test for TSH and it was high again, then he prescribed with thyroid treatment. If we hadn't gone to the another doctor we would have thought we were 100% fit as a fiddle as that's what the other doctor thought. If you've got your fertility checked, did your doctor suggested any treatment? The next step for unexplained fertility is usually medication (Clomid or Femara) and either IUI or timed intercourse. Have you tried that yet?
