Give birth to a disabled child VS preventing them from a miserable life

This question is for person who has some sort of physical disabilities, mental challenges, including people with chronic deseases, such as high blood pressure, arthritis, etc.
Would you rather give birth to special need child to alleviate their suffering or prevent the life of suffering and struggle.
