How to convince a friend to have an abortion

I have a best friend whom I dislike her boyfriend for his bad behaviors. I tried to convince her to breakup and find a better man but she's still with him till this day she got pregnant with him. I've seen her crying asking him to marry her but the guy seem to run away from his responsibility. She doesnt want to abort the baby due to her religious background but i pity having a friend with illegitimate child. What can i do?
